Returns and Exchanges
All products sold by Buck Tape are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt of product.
- The product must be in original packaging.
- The product must not have been used.
- If the product is not according to specification as you ordered, our technicians will examine the product and determine the eligibility for refunds or exchanges.
Instructions for sending in your product for evaluation
Step #1- Prepare your product for shipment. For the safety of our technicians, please clean away any dirt or debris from your product.
Step #2- Package your product securely in a box. Be sure the product cannot move or shift while inside the package. Buck Tape is not responsible for lost or stolen products in transit.
Step #3- Please fill out our Return and Exchanges Form and include it in the box with your product when you ship.

Shipping on Returns
Buck Tape DOES NOT provide free return shipping. Any merchandise you would like to return for a full refund must be sent back to Buck Tape within 30 days of receipt of product. Items are eligible for an exchange for up to 30 days after the receipt of product. To exchange an item, simply return it and place a new order for the item you want.
**Please note that custom pieces created merchandise orders are considered Final Sale and are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
Expected Time for the credit on return
Please allow up to 15 business days for your return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us.
